Michael Moffa is an associate attorney of the Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A. Michael joined the firm as a law clerk in 2018 and was sworn in as an Attorney in April of 2020. Throughout Michael's education he maintained an emphasis on business finance, accounting, investment analysis & strategies, business sustainability, and tax consequences. Today, Michael focuses attention on state and local tax issues, federal tax issues for businesses, and business structuring. Michael works with state and federal tax agencies to resolve matters on behalf of clients who have tax complications
